Our conference department can also source venues, local transport, hotels and flights and offer a support mechanism for your delegates throughout the trip.

We understand that plans can change at the last minute. The relationship we have with our airline partners allows us to respond to your needs in a proactive manner reducing the impact that changes inevitably cause. We offer extended office hours (08.30-18.30) Monday to Friday. Outside of these times we are covered by our out-of-hours desk who are there to help with any emergency you may have.
